2. In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads nothing from other servers. Font, pictures and videos are served by this website itself.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. For every page request Cloudflare processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site securely and fast and to fend off attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement is in place. More: Cloudflare's privacy policy.

4. Email and waiting list

If you write to us or use the “waiting list” field, your own email program opens. The website itself stores nothing. We use your email address and message only to answer you or to tell you when the tool launches. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We delete the data when it is no longer needed for that or when you ask us to; a short message is enough.

5. Sound examples

The sound examples on the KeyFinder page are made in your browser. No data is sent.

6. Links to other sites

Links, e.g. to Instagram or Wikimedia Commons, lead to other sites. Only once you click do their privacy rules apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Write to amare.tools@gmx.de. You may also complain to a data protection authority, e.g. the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
